Responsibility
•Develop and implement geographical district of Distribution plans which meets the objectives of the divisional Trade marketing & Distribution plan and is in line with brand strategy and the needs of the trade.
•Manage key trade customers in the area zone through the development and implementation of Customers Plans through regular communication with this customer to maximize volume and share performance of different Company brands.
•Manage and develop distribution expansion plans when applicable within the geographic assigned zone of the area ensuring best execution of Trade and brand activities as per Cycle objectives and overall branch plans.
•Achieve Company overall distribution objectives of Availability, in store visibility, Trade Contracts, Credit terms and outlets ongoing classifications to get highest competitive advantage in the Market.
•Supporting and following up on the People, Tools and Processes that are available in the area to use all of these resources as most efficient for achieving Customer Satisfaction in the respective zone.
•Manage and develop an efficient and effective Distribution team through on-job training, motivation and staff development in order to achieve distribution execution standards superior to the competition in respect of both core and added value services.
•Manage the distribution of company brands within the area zone in order to ensure that availability is maximized in line with brand strategies and needs of the market by trade channel and outlet type.
•Implement area zone presence of marketing and promotions programmers with optimum use of resources and materials in order to achieve the highest in-store visibility and sales performance for the key strategic brands throughout the zone by gaining the active support of the trade.
•Establish close working relationships with the trade in order to gain high levels of trade Support and loyalty whilst enhancing understanding of the trading environment.
•Provide area sales and overall information and reports on performance and Key Customers to ensure that the Top Management and the consumer marketing team are fully informed at all times.
•Ensure full understanding of area budget with close follow up on spending as per Company guidelines.
