Project Description:
The project belongs to Saudi Aramco to execute a Reverse Osmosis Plant (60, 000 Cu.m/D) and Sewage Treatment Plant (40, 000 Cu.m/D) to provide potable water for distribution and treatment of domestic sewage and pre-treated industrial effluents at Jazan Economic city.
Job Description:
During the project I managed a team of (Construction, QA/QC, Safety, site engineers, subcontractors, administration, accounting, purchasing and workshop staff).
Main responsibilities:
Schedule the project in logical steps to meet deadlines. Supervise the engineering, procurement and execution.
Confer with construction crew, sub-contractors and designers to discuss and solve procedures and construction problems.
Attend regular Meetings with the consultant / client to coordinate all phases of construction stages.
Inspect and review the project to monitor compliance with PTS and any other regulations.
Directing, advising and monitoring the progress of work.
Manage and Coordinate with Safety Team in establishing and maintaining good safety and security practices for the entire project.
Provide inputs on jobsite logistics, organization, equipment and manpower utilization.
Supervise and submit progress reports.
Determine the requirements of labor and equipment.
