Project Description:
The project belongs to Saudi Aramco to execute a Reverse Osmosis Plant (60, 000 Cu.m/D) and Sewage Treatment Plant (40, 000 Cu.m/D) to provide potable water for distribution and treatment of domestic sewage and pre-treated industrial effluents at Jazan Economic city.
Job Description:
During the project I managed a team of (Construction, QA/QC, Safety, site engineers, subcontractors, administration, accounting, purchasing and workshop staff).
Main responsibilities:
Schedule the project in logical steps to meet deadlines. Supervise the engineering, procurement and execution.
Confer with construction crew, sub-contractors and designers to discuss and solve procedures and construction problems.
Attend regular Meetings with the consultant / client to coordinate all phases of construction stages.
Inspect and review the project to monitor compliance with PTS and any other regulations.
Directing, advising and monitoring the progress of work.
Manage and Coordinate with Safety Team in establishing and maintaining good safety and security practices for the entire project.
Provide inputs on jobsite logistics, organization, equipment and manpower utilization.
Supervise and submit progress reports.
Determine the requirements of labor and equipment.
Follow suppliers of materials to complete project construction.
Main achievements:
The project two phases design was completed within milestones.
Project Name: Rafha Power Plant Extension I.
Owner/Consultant: Saudi Electricity Company (SEC).
Project Description:
EPC project and it is to execute an extension for Rafha power plant consists of one gas turbine SGT 77 MW, complete BOP and interfacing with 132kv substation.
Job Description:
During the project I managed a team of 700 people (Construction, QA/QC, Safety, site engineers, sub-contractors, administration, accounting, purchasing and workshop staff).

The project is to execute a BOP extension consists of loading station and 4 crude fuel Tanks with total capacity 80, 000 cu.m and 6 fuel loading skids with all of its’ components (Civil, Electrical, I&C and Mechanical).

Water treatment/ Compressor plants and its networks.
Complete Crude/ Diesel oil piping networks. 5 Nos. Crude/Diesel oil tanks 15, 000 cu.m/each, HVAC systems.

R.O. plant with total capacity 86, 000 cu.m/d.
Pumping Station with capacity 140, 000 cu.m/d.
Ultra filtration system 96, 000 cu.m/d.
Aeration towers 140, 000 cu.m/d.
