- QHSE Management System Preparations, Implementation & Certification for ISO 9001:2015, 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 Standards & AD-OSHMS (OSHAD).
- Development of QHSE IMS including Policies, Manuals, Emergency and Evacuation Procedures, Project Safety Plans and Safety Statistics.
- Lead the audit team for Internal Auditing.
- Preventive & Corrective action plans Preparation, Implementation & Follow up.
- Root Cause Analysis, Accident / Incident Prevention / Investigation & Reporting.
- Conduct Safety Inductions & Presentations, JSA, HAZOP, Process hazard analysis (PHA), Hazard Control, Project Inspections and Risk Assessment & Implementing Permit to Work Systems .
- Ensure the proper and effective usage, storage and handling of PPE.
- Compliance with Safe Working Practice, Health and Safety Laws and regulations.
- Ensure regular emergency response exercises and drills are conducted and maintain such reports.
- Responsible for preparing HSE reports, statistics and presentation related to HSE performance.
- Maintain a register of First paramedics and ensure the provision of First-Aid and welfare facilities.
- Supervise the regular inspection of firefighting, safety and emergency response equipment.
- Plan, Develop, Support and provide QHSE related training.
- Conduct QHSE committee with QHSE Manger and site managers (QHSE representatives).
- Ensure that HSE laws and legislation are updating regularly.
- Establish the regulations /SOPs for each site as per the nature of its work environment.
- Establish and maintain centralize control of records of fitness certificates for each site's equipment.
- Ensure all equipment are calibrated & tested according to the annual calibration plan.
- Organize and chair a monthly QHSE meeting with rep. to discuss issues related to the field.
- Ensure the management Action had been taken for the incidents and follow up.
- Follow up Dubai Municipality & Civil defense complaints or any non-conformity and check that Corrective & Preventive Actions have been taken .
- Responsible for familiarizing all personnel with the company's QHSE System including but not limited to: Policies, Procedures, Work Instructions, Near Miss reports and Risk Assessment.
- Monthly site inspections (of each Site) and statistic reports with indicators on discrepancies and the improvements.
- Created and manage food safety program & audit for the subcontractor to ensure complying with ISO 22000:2018 in Food Safety Management System & HACCP.
- Establish, Reviewing & updating the QHSE System in accordance with the standard.
- Carry out QHSE Objectives analysis and forward the same to QHSE Manager for approval.
- Prepare the QHSE Objectives / Targets Program and follow up the implementation for the same.
- Identify the annual training requirement and prepare the Annual training Plans.
- Follow up customer complaints and check that Corrective & Preventive Actions have been taken.
- Visit Musaffah yard in regular basis and carry out internal audits for the yard and ensure all QHSE System documents & records are available in the yard and updates their QHSE records.
- Ensure and follow up the implementation for QHSE Program.
- Follow up the Environmental measurements & ensure that environmental laws are updating.
- Ensure all equipment are calibrated & tested according to the annual calibration plan.
- Carry out emergency drills in head office and company yard.
- preparing all the required documentation for ISO 14001:2004, OHSAS 18001:2007 & 9001:2008.
- Complete and establish Emergency Response Plan for the office and sites.
- Prepare the internal QHSE policies and practices to ensure they are correct and appropriate; conduct hazard and risk assessments and change existing, or develop new recommendations process.
- Directs the resources and activities of the company to support the QHSE programs by providing advice and guidance to Senior Management).
- Continually maintain an appropriate level of awareness, knowledge across the company.
- Establish and maintain a system incident reporting, investigation and analysis.
- Head the scheduling of meetings across Company locations to review QHSE performance.
- Leading in-house trainer for safe working practices and procedures for site operations & procedures.
- Create orientation plan for new comers and visitors in accordance with corporate QHSE standards.
- Provide in-door training for team and monitor the minimum training required for every job category.
- Ensure liaison with Health, Safety & Environment officers between work sites and the head office.
- Develop training and implement such training on the production & construction sites as well.
- Establish roles and responsibilities for site safety officers and provide guidance and coaching them.
- Develop all the required documentation and reports for HSE MS to be compliant with the standards.
- Establish and maintain a program to conduct random inspections for all company sites.
- Provide HSE improvement proposals stating the non-conformance, proposed corrective action, required resources for corrective action and plan of implementation.
- Follows up to ensure that corrective actions are implemented where necessary.
- Provide internal training to establish and maintain HSE standards and spread an awareness culture.
- Inspecting food processing facilities to be complying with food safety
- Develop a procedure of food hygiene and increase the food safety awareness.
