 Financial Expertise

• Preparation & Analysis of Financial Statements and ratios: Comprehensive knowledge of all financial statements while providing sound analysis using different types of analysis such as trend analysis, common size analysis, financial ratios analysis, variance analysis and other relevant types

• Corporate Finance: Thorough understanding of evaluating investment opportunities and making capital allocation decisions using NPV and IRR. Familiar with the WACC calculation and analysis of the optimal mix of debt and equity financing in order to minimize the cost of capital and maximize firm’s value. Fair information about the CAPM and its application in assessing the risk and return of assets

• Valuation: Sound knowledge with the methods of valuing companies and investment projects using DCF, DDM/GGM, FCFF and FCFE
