Senior site mechanical engineer to performand lead ALL HVAC, Fire fighting, BMS & plumbing activties .
coordinate all electromechanical activites with other trades & deciplienes.
Excute all external networks like Main swear lines, water supply & irrigation networks.
Review and follow up all activities with time schedueles
HVAC system:
Reviewing ductwork installation, duct insulation, connecting AHU & FCU, chilled water pipes, chilled water insulation, primary & secondary pumps, air cooled & water cooled chillers, cooling towers…….etc.
Fire fighting system
Installation of Fire fighting pump room (diesel pumps, electrical pumps& booster pump) with all it's necessary accessories.
Installation of the fire fighting branches with up right sprinklers & pendant sprinkler, zone control stations ………………etc.
Plumbing system:
Installation of domestic water supply and drainage systems with PPR, cast iron, black steel, copper& PVC pipes .
Installation of water supply networks
Installation of Drainage networks.
Installation of Fire fighting networks.
follow up the time schedules with the erections
Reviewing the contracts & (BOQ).
Reviewing the design drawings & shop drawings.
Technical Receiving and reviewing of all instrumentation Procured Equipments.
Sharing in the preparation of the projects.
Works closely with all Construction Contractors during equipment Installation.
Good BMS background for making interfacing between HVAC, fire alarm and fire fighting system.
Good experience in testing and balancing of all HVAC systems.
Good experience to make coordination between all MEP activities.
