My work as a general relations consists of Making sure the Guests at the hotel feel welcome.
I have to make bookings and reservations for guests.
Replying to emails and dealing with complaints.
I have to look presentable at all times.
Customer Service is very important in this job.
Would help and assist customers in the shop, helping them and advising them on which items suit them ect...
And selling items.
I would encourge children at the day care center to learn through playing games and taking part in activities. For Example, Some children have low confidence, i would encourage the child to make friends and to see what there talents are. My main passion in this job was the Art Club. I would help the children to use there imagination through the use of arts and crafts. I really enjoyed this job.
I would basically create ideas and samples for designs. And forward them to my manager. I would have to research exisiting ideas, and create my own unique designs. I would create designs for wedding venues and parties. I designed small commercial events also. For example, I designed the Ramadan Tent for Duty Free Bahrain in 2012. I also had to attend meetings and discuss the customers ideas and put them into a brainstorm.
