Taking lead on a cross-functional S&OP process which provided detailed visibility of SKU performance and advance insight into non-moving stocks on a monthly basis

Coordinating & agreeing on MOQ & lead time on all the stocks for UAE with manufacturing sites
Tracking shipping transit & delays from the dairies and recommending air shipments and changes of freight
Processing the sales orders in SAP PS1-based on the trailer loads and cargo guidelines
Following up with the agents on municipality / food control clearance of shipments
Distribution of stock between 4 regional 3PL ware houses of Arla. Derived reorder level & safety stock levels
Tracking the movement of fast moving skus and plan to avoid the stock outs by air freights/internal GCC country stock transfer
Monitoring FIFO concept with the warehouses and resolving expiry issues
Coordinated with clearance agents/shipping lines to ensure the products are cleared within free demurrage times.
Overlooking the 3PL- ware houses for temperature control and stock variance.
Developed and implemented analytical tools using excel to track forecast accuracy
Monitoring Out of stock /Low stock reports and communicating its arrival to marketing & sales team

Driven the demand plan based on the sales forecast & history and planned for production & raw materials in Masafi.(300 million AED sales revenue per year)
Providing weekly production plan, and intimate of material schedule changes in the month
Followed stock replenishment to various ware houses based on sale percentage to the other regions of UAE
