Responded to all emergencies on the territory of the concession, assumed command as a commander at the scene at all stages of construction, interacted with local fire brigades of the state Emergency Situations, developed a plan and another mutual assistance agreement and conducted interdepartmental exercises
- Conducting regular fire safety inspections at all facilities, providing advice and recommendations if necessary, preparing and conducting exercises in case of emergencies, and providing feedback and learning outcomes
- Development of action plans for emergencies and before a fire throughout the facility for their implementation after full commission.
- Selection and training of a volunteer fire brigade at the facility to cover the interim period until the teams are fully deployed at the facility.

In my duties driver of heavy fire truck vehicles and ambulance - timely delivery of the emergency rescue crew and medics to the scene of emergency.
Also, learning and control emergency fire station shift dispatchers - receive reports of fires, accidents and emergencies and provide reception, transmission, and registration of messages received at the fire departments point of contact and dispatch of Emergency rescue team units to fires, places of accidents, and natural disasters.

Maintain the annual and monthly drill schedule. Coordinate emergency drills (including evacuation) for each Contractor and work site. Work with area Construction and HES leads to conduct effective drills monthly. Developed various drill scenarios, Oil spill and cleanup, First Aid, Firefighting, Road accident, etc.
Maintain area emergency activity logs; drills, responses, false alarms, etc., and provide lessons learned reports after each event to support.

Prepare IIF, BBS, Recognition plans for Renco KAT. Conducted IIF and BBS orientation, living in action, and another coach.
To be successful in this role a high level of team building and Support to Project Management team.
Support site leadership in all field based IIF activities at supervisor & craft level. Interface with FGP IIF Supervisor, FGP IIF Coordinators, Contractor IIF Work with JMJ representatives. Attend the Monthly FGP Tengiz IIF Meeting.

Operation and management of rescue operations (ACP), including security, medical service, etc.
Participation in emergency rescue operations: Fire, Road accident, Rescue at height, Oil spill.
Inspection and testing of firefighting equipment and vehicle (6 types of fire truck, BA, Oil Spill equipment).

Implementation of CROSS FIT and INSENSITIVE programs when conducting physical training for all personnel.

Arrangement of occupational health and safety activities to be embedded in management of project construction works. - Providing safety coaching for company staff and contractors
Conduct audits and monitoring the contractors’ performance.
Contribution to the development of PTW procedures, emergency rescue service setting up.
Monitoring the efficiency of engineering installations and work-related facilities, means of collective and individual protection of employees, determining their compliance with the applicable HES requirements and legal provisions.
