SUMMARY:

• The introduction of real time monitoring and vehicle status logging - Elevated the level of service of the company comparable to international accepted standards :
1. A real time status of each vehicle is readily available for the fleet operations team that can be transmitted to the customer.
2. Periodic logging of each vehicle is source of metrics in individual and fleet performance, early identification of obstacles and areas of improvement.
3. System also promoted transparency in which information regarding the vehicle, driver and possible modes of communication were provided prior to the trip. Customers which require constant update and control of the operations were interfaced in accordance to service agreement.

1. Fleet operations in view of decreased scheduled trips within the day may be adjusted in the early adherence of maintenance schedules to ensure compliance.
2. Option to delay scheduled maintenance within the acceptable limits and approval in view of maximizing fleet utilization and customer service may also be opted.

1. Efficient fleet management & monitoring led to a domino effect in the efficiency of teams across the company to adapt to the fast faced operational environment.
