➢ On site management of SIMOPS between Construction and Commissioning activities
➢ Measuring& reviewing and auditing of HSE Performance
➢ Reviewing HSE Procedures, Work Method Statements, RA’s and supporting the subcontractor for implementation
➢ Preparing daily, weekly reports and presentations.
➢ Awarded twice, as the “Goal Zero Hero” of the Month by the Project Director Mrs. Hilary Mercer

My Duties and responsibilities in the Yamal LNG Project are as follows;
➢ Assisting Construction HSE Manager on following items;
• Contract Requirements for Yard HSSE plans and Yamal LNG Project HSE Requirements
• Implementation of Behavioral Based Safety Program of Technip
➢ Measuring& reviewing and auditing of HSE Performance of the Yard
➢ Developed a system for high quality data flow from job site to the Yard Management of Technip where top 5 hazards and underlying causes can be tracked, closed and monitored accordingly
➢ Participating on the preparation of module load out HAZIDS
➢ Reviewing and commenting on HSE Procedures, Work Method Statements, JHA’s and supporting the subcontractor for implementation
➢ Leading Incident Investigations and conducting root cause analysis
➢ Reviewing and approving monthly reports; Statistics, KPIs, all HSE Observations; analyzing the data from observation forms.
➢ Over 7 Million Man-hours LTI Free Project
Project: Shell Prelude FLNG Project- Turret Mooring System Construction
The Project comprised of the construction of a 37 meters diameter, 90 meters height, cylindrical steel structure consisting of six modules and its gross weight is 10.600 Tons (approx.) designed as the mooring system for the largest ever man made floating vessel, namely the Prelude FLNG(600.000 metric tons dry weight)

➢ Participating on the preparation of HAZIDS, reviewed and commented on various Work Method Statements and supported the Contractor on improvements.
➢ Preparing training presentations and conducting in house training sessions for Shell Staff in the Project; I have prepared various in-house trainings for the staff and conducted all sessions to Shell Staff and supported the Contractor on preparing their training packages
➢ Leading an Incident Investigation for the only LTI of the TMS Project utilizing TOP SET Investigation and identified the root causes and the contributing factors for the incident.

➢ Participating in the implantation of several TSTIs (Take Five Safety Task Instructions)
