Proactively lead training & development for the organisation, and line up training with the company strategy. Create new training policy and procedures and implement all training procedures starting from the identification of needs via a TNA to the development of a training calendar to the preparation of workshops, to delivery monitored by evaluation and future recommendations. Competently plan and manage training budget.

KEY ACCOMPLISHMENTS:
• Successfully designed and executed a 7-month Coaching journey for the entire organisation with full participation from Chairman to all staff members. The achievement of this journey was published in the ‘She Works Foundation-IFC affiliated with the World Bank and Clinton Foundation for the promotion of women worldwide.
• Initiated a KE Leadership model with competencies for endorsement and implementation via a designed In-House Mentorship programme.
• Partnered with reputable Training vendors to maximise Training and Development opportunities for staff members ensuring the notable registration of over 90% employees on training & development seminars/courses FREE of charge. Saved around $300, 000 for the organisation.
• Capably designed the company’s Cultural code for implementation comprising company philosophy, values, competencies, cultures, pledge to shareholders and behaviours, as well as an In-House Knowledge club, In-House Trainer’s programme, Executive Leadership Team Charter, leadership programme and Roadshow.

KEY ACCOMPLISHMENTS:
• Recognised as founding member of the Centre which delivered to leaders of the Oil & Gas sector.
• Actively participated in the design, planning and implementation of a yearly training calendar, as well as the implementation of the first panel of discussions for Kuwait oil leaders entitled ‘K-Talk’.
• Drafted a leadership quarterly newsletter concentrated on Training & Development, also finalised a list of TOP qualified vendors, business schools/institutions for KPC & subsidiary leaders for the Centre specifically.
