Management of an existing corporate accounts portfolio on the refrigerated container market (20 000 teu yearly).
Development of this portfolio by adding new customers
In charge of the pharmaceutical, dairy and confectionary transportation markets
Ensure Tenders are handled properly and the price given in accordance to the market levels and the company policy
Budget preparation and follow up
Collaboration with the various Service Lines for price and tender offers

Improving the internal process in carrying pharmaceutical products by writing the internal procedure, including coordinating the reefer, legal and insurance departments
Writing of the “best practice” guide for pharmaceutical customers
Active participation to the Cold Chain Forum for pharmaceutical products (speaker)
Developing long term relationship with Key accounts
Anticipating the customers’ needs and offering new services accordingly
Market studies on the pharmaceutical and dairy products
Claims management = closing a claim by negotiating an acceptable solution for the customer and the company
Responsibilities:
Pricing Dry containers, Out of gauge, Break bulk cargo, on the Asia to Mediterranean trade: Turkey, Lebanon, Syria, Egypt, Greece, Cyprus, and Malta (50 000 teu yearly)
Team coordination with the agencies network in the area
Customer service
Preparation of the budget for the area

Increasing the number of customers and the volumes loaded
Setting up a weekly report with the agencies to follow the performance per Port of discharge and adapting the pricing policy
Building Door-to-door offers taking into account transit time / local port services / pricing / customer’s cash flow
Follow up of the financial results
Managing the cargo overflow during peak season, by giving loading priorities to the operations dpt
