Recruitment & Onboarding:-
•Scrutinizing & shortlisting CV’s.
•Conducting telephone screening round of interviews for candidates.
•Coordinating with line managers and candidates for scheduling round of interviews.
•Conducting HR round of interviews.

•Initiate medical and life insurance process for new employee.
•Preparation of offer letter & Employment contract and coordinate with PRO for visa/work permit applications.

Exit Process: -
•Initiate exit process by conducting exit Interviews & exit clearance.
•Coordinate with PRO for cancellation of visa, insurances and fuel cards of leaving employee.
•Deactivating employee ID in SAP.
•Coordinating with payroll executive to prepare ESB documents & calculations.
•Request release of final payment from finance department once clearance of leaving employee is confirmed.

Employee Relations/General Administrative task:-
•Prepare requested letters such as salary certificate, NOC, employee improvement letters, warning letters etc.
•Develop and maintain confidential departmental employee files, documents and database.
•Entering new employee details in SAP
•Recording leaves & flight ticket reimbursement request in SAP.
•Respond to employee’s inquiries regarding policies, procedures and programs.
•Send probation forms to managers to be completed for new employees.
•Send notification and list of requirements to employees for the renewal of their visa and work permit.
•Accepting employee reimbursement request and calculating the eligible amount as per employee grading, auditing and forwarding to the finance team, such as petrol, parking, SALIK fees and car insurance reimbursement.
•Actively involved in planning and executing various events and activities for employees.
