Handling the complete procedure of passport and visa application as per the standard
of India mission.
Answering queries of all applicants and guiding applicants on rules and regulation.
Communicating and guiding applicants in a polite and helpful manner.
To facilitate the visa application process and handle front office and back office operations conducted at respective visa application centre.
Document scrutiny and collection of application for visa processing.
Handle customer /applicant queries personally and telephone.
Ensure accurate and timely data entry into system for zero errors.
