To plan, organize and execute activities related to the General Tender Committee (GTC) under the strategic guidance and operational supervision of the GTC Secretary.
To provide effective and efficient coordination and communication between Committees members, internal and external stakeholders.
Responsible for creating purchase orders, requisitions, creating/maintaining Excel spreadsheets, placing orders with suppliers, etc. Using Oracle to produce POs and process purchase orders with suppliers and follow up.
Responsible for completing all the formalities of the employees resuming duty. Book keeping and insurance claims. Tracking and handling the overtime payments of the employees.
Responsible to coordinate work flow. Update and assign delegated tasks to ensure progress to deadlines. Organize and document paperwork computer-based information.
