Qiddiya Entertainment City is a 330 km2
master-planned development for a worldclass destination comprised of multiple districts of entertainment, culture, sport,

escarpment ends abruptly in a 200 meters tall spectacular cliff exposing the sediment
rock.
Responsibilities:
- Reports directly to and supports the Project Manager in arriving at decisions on
issues related to Quality;
- Monitors and facilitates the implementation of the Engineer’s project quality
activities (procedures / processes) in line with the Project Quality Policy / Plan’s
requirements;
- Develops a Project-specific Quality Plan, as a road map of the Project Quality
Requirements;
- Oversees that all appropriate Project’s information is processed, summarized,
and communicated to all key parties in a timely manner;
- Provides QA/QC leadership, guidance and direction to the Project’s teams;
- Issues regular guidance and information to quality / engineering / supervision /
project controls’ staff to ensure key issues are effectively managed;
- Assists Resident Engineer / Senior Supervision Staff in monitoring and closing
out non-conformances;
- Provides input to management on the Project’s performance metrics, and
processes or procedural system improvements;
- Manages project quality support functions including quality planning,
preventative action, non-conformance control, corrective action, audits and
project quality reporting and review.
- Oversees that throughout the Project’s phases (from the Initiation till the Closeout), Employer’s complaints are systematically recorded and addressed timely to
Employer's satisfaction;
- Overviews that, at all Project’s phases, Engineer’s quality control procedures /
processes and the Project Quality Policy are properly communicated,
comprehended, effectively implemented, and adhered to (within the Engineer’s
Project organization);
- Oversees the performance of the Engineer’s Project supervision personnel on
site;
- Identifies, reports and provides regular updates to the Project Manager on
quality-related issues or trends based on data from a variety of sources;
- Plans and periodically conducts audits on Engineer’s operations / delivered tasks
to assess the level of conformity with the established Project’s Quality Assurance
system, procedures, and related-quality activities;
Carried out Inspection for Earthwork (Onshore & offshore) and Geotechnical investigation (SPT, CPTu), Dredging and Reclamation work, Marine structure installation, concrete precast and cast in situ, concrete repair and coating, steel structure and coating and installation (bolt torqueing), Breakwater and revetment, Secant wall, Crush rock installation and compaction including testing.
Carried out inspections soil improvement and geotechnical investigation including Dynamic Compaction, Vibro-compaction, Rapid impact compaction, High energy impact compaction and conventional roller and plate compaction. Compaction testing by using CPTu, SPT and FDT.
Also carried out inspection for Precast and cast in situ concrete structure including rebar installation, anchor bolt and formwork installation etc., Peak of hydration and fresh concrete testing.
Marine structure installation inspection including Quay wall installation, Quay wall foundation rock installation and underwater dynamic compaction as well as compaction testing (SPT), Preloading test for Quay wall Secant wall including Primary pile, secondary pile and Anchor pile etc. Pile load testing and pile integrity test etc.
Carried out inspection for Load out wharf, fendering, mooring equipment and Quay wall furniture and other structures bollards, ladders, nut bolt washers, ladder cope level hand hold.
Witnessing survey inspection off-shore and onshore including bathymetric survey (single and multiple beam echo sounder.
Attending the weekly quality review meeting with contractor and clients, Kick-off meetings, weekly knowledge share meeting etc.
Review/maintain calibration records of Inspection / Test Equipment.
Inspection of surface Preparation and Painting activities for concrete and structural steel.
Review of Inspection and Test plan and conducting inspection as per the ITP stage and scope of Inspection
Beginning from the Material Verification as per the Saudi Aramco Material system specification (SAMSS. Preceding all stages of in-process Inspection as per approved ITP without violating any Saudi Aramcos Inspection requirements.
Review of complete (Manufacturer Data Record) MDR of the project/ Final Dossiers prior to acceptance of the product.
Witnessing any testing required as per the project requirements such as positive Material Identification, Mechanical testing such as Tensile, Hardness test, Impact test etc.
Check mill test certificate analyzing and endorsing materials to ensure they are specified in work order.
Witness raw material test and analyze test results as per the project requirement.
Reviewing all supporting documents (MDR) as per documentation requirements.
Preparing weekly site Quality Report & Weekly Quality Statistics and PQI etc.
Regular site surveillance, highlighting issues in log book, writing focus assessment, proactive notifications, VAF & NCR etc.
Quality related reports preparation e.g. Weekly highlights, document review, weekly group walkthrough and reporting, Lesson learn, CoP(Community of Practice) participation and reporting, Technical presentation preparation, Innovative idea preparation and reporting, technical articles preparation etc.

Construction of Villas in Royal Commission (Jubail): 310 Villas (500 million SR) as Field Engineer (Precast coordinator)
Responsibility:
Quality control and material test monitoring according to regulations and local authorities.
Proper inspection of site work as per check lists and inspection of material at the time of time of delivery as per project approved drawings & specification.
Check and review the drawings & specifications for the proper construction & quality implementation at job site, perform pre-inspection to ensure that all installed materials are within the standard in conformance to applicable drawings & specs.
Conduct final inspection prior to precede concrete pouring and other succeeding work activities that requires step by step inspection and testing as per ITP, render monitoring and surveillance on site to control the quality of work being implemented by the construction group.
Monitoring and supervising of all materials e.g. concrete (cubes and cylinder compression test all durability tests e.g. Initial surface absorption test, sulphate and chloride content, rapid chloride penetration, water absorption, water permeability test), Steel (Yield strength, Ultimate Strength, elongation and fracture, mass per meter, bend re-bend test, chemical test), Normal block(compressive strength), Polystyrene sandwich blocks test (esp. • Keep Liaison with the Independent Testing Laboratory in the performance of necessary test and review all test results (slump test, Concrete Compressive Test, FDT Test & Material Test Results etc) and make sure it documented and submitted to the client.
• Inspection of stone column work and inspecting of Stone column load test, diameter of the column and also monitoring the depth of columns by checking levels of clay.
• Supervision of surface preparation for the piping work and all excavation work monitoring.
• Inspection for grouting work after precast erection.
• Performing vendor inspections for concrete pre cast walls and make sure about the documentation
• Checking the location of defects in steel structure e.g. arc strikes, cracks and other damage and be sure to rectify before final instruction
• Inspection of other things such as condition of paint, storage facility of material, field welding, type of bolts, and number of bolts checked.
• Reviewing of documents before erection e.g. Steel certification, bolt certification, approved shop drawing, mill test certificates, mill orders and shipping statements, shop assembly, welders certification, paint certification.
• Checking of level and finishing of Concrete foundation and base for steel structure.
• Inspection at the time of bolting such as galvanized and zinc coated bolts should be snug tight fit will achieve or not, they release visible lubricant in case of tight fitting. The threaded portion of the bolt should keep inside (away from weather)
• Before bolting of a structure be sure that installation of fasteners in the work fixed as per procedure or not and as demonstrated in the initial testing to provide specified tension, is routinely and properly applied.
• Prior to final painting is sure that all damaged area must be repaired and cleaned properly.
Replace power Supply to ABU ALI PLANTS.

Preparation
The project scope involves installation of additional gas processing facilities at Habshan to process additional associated gas produced by ADCO through their 1.4 MBOPD crude oil expansion projects at Bab and Buhasa.
Construction 1B+G+12 Residential and Commercial Building at International City Dubai as Project Engineer.
Our scope includes storm and oily water system, Flare foundation, pipe rack foundation, operation shelter, chemical storage, satellite maintenance building, communication building etc.
Responsibility:
Responsible for supervising & monitoring of all project functions like Manpower management, Cost estimation, Quality control and Quality Assurance program, Scheduling, Submittal of materials and drawings, Reviewing of shop drawings, Cash flow preparation and sub-contractors strictly in accordance with contract conditions.
Correspondence and Coordination with the client & Contractors to follow the site activities as per the Schedule Project.
Initiating detailed execution Plan, preparation of client bill, preparation of sub contractor’s bills, claims etc.
Evaluate, qualify and approve contractor & suppliers for company projects as coordinated with the Project manager.
Conducting Progress Meetings & Collating work progress for each contract and each

Grouting, Masonry, Gypsum Board walls, finishes (Ceramic tiles, Vinyl tiles, Paint on Plaster etc., ), Doors and Windows according to the approved drawings.
Review shop drawings generated by the construction team before submitting to the client and make sure that it has been implemented after the approval
Participating in weekly scheduled Contractor's Construction / Quality Control meetings and discusses with contractors concerning site issues affecting performance and resolved matters of immediate priority

Pile foundation inspection including visual check of pile location and pile diameter. Also inspecting diameter of piling tools.
Checking verticality of piles and pile depth prior to concreting.
