a. To build and maintain good customer relations and measurable high levels of
customer satisfaction.
b. Prepare reports on all activities of the Customer Services Department as per
management requirement.
c. To manage and lead a team of customer services staff. To have the full responsibility
and accountability for managing the daily work load of the customer service.
d. Coordinate with Finance Department for fees related to Contracts/ICSA’s. Correspond
with other Qatar Cool Departments to better serve customers under guidance of the
Customer Services Manager.
e. Participate and conduct training of new team member.
f. Participate in the process of signing the ICSA’s between Qatar Cool, Developer and
Customer and deal with any issues/problems/queries as and when needed.
g. Draft the new process and procedures for the customer service team for the smooth
work flow and ensure qualitative output of the team.
a. Signing Agreement with owners in the unique real estate project (The Pearl Qatar) for
receiving the Cooling Service provided by the company.
b. Responsible for handling a client base of 1, 000 Apartments in The Pearl Qatar.
c. Customer handling & follow-up with the owners that have not signed the agreement or are
not willing to sign.
d. Facilitating the bill payments for the customers through the various modes of payment
provided by the Company.
e. Responding to customer’s emails and resolving the inquiries within 24-48 hours.
f. Generate and issue clearance certificates as and when requested and forward to the Customer
Services Manager for endorsement and send it to Master Developer.
g. Generating the daily payment log for the payments received from customers at the different
Customer Service Branches and forwarding the same to Billing Department for Payment
Allocation.
Providing complete assistance to the marketing department with innovative and creative
promotion campaigns.
Maintaining the existing client base and trying to build additional client base so as to increase the sales
and also to assist the sales department indirectly.
Interacting with the sales department so as to understand the actual requirement of the customer and to
take steps to provide the best product and assist in tackling the competition in an efficient way.
