To Manage and assist in all aspects and activities related to the development work and projects
Modification of products using various formulations for enhancing properties and controlling cost
Conduct needed activities, trials, testing and formulas regarding product development
Review and select new raw materials in correlation to ongoing development projects
Follow up and implement development plans and projects against timelines and deliver the required progress on time
Setting up the QC specifications, testing procedures and acceptance criteria prior to launching new products
To maintain appropriate records of trials, test results and retained samples
Generate technical reports on development work as required
Attend Supplier meetings and technical conferences related to development projects
To follow up the technical manual procedure in order to ensure compliance with ISO 9002 and ISO 14001
Responsible for testing of all the products manufactured
Responsible for testing of factored goods
Maintained persistency and creativity on regular basis to avoid delay in manufacturing process
Responsible for implementing preventive actions for all the past complaints to avoid any complaint in future
Responsible for revalidation of expired products for golden customers
Responsible for evaluation of new raw materials in finished products
Witnessing critical raw materials in plants during pre-batching
Visiting all the plants regularly for general production inspection
Responsible for monthly reports of all the manufactured and rejected products
