As a HR Coordinator, my duties are:
To coordinate with department heads through mails regarding the process of visa applications.
To maintain the master database of all the employees in the organization with regular updates on daily basis in
software (Alta Vista) & Microsoft Excel.
Assisting the office staffs to manage & organize the confidential documents in files.
To generate a monthly report on Labor card & Visa expiry details to operation head for necessary renewal &
cancellation process.
To assist & provide relevant documents or applications to typists for the process of emirates id, medical, labor
agreements & visa stamping.
To follow up with accounts department on daily basis on the requirement of funds for HR processes.
To provide the public relation officer (PRO) with necessary documents & applications for renewal or
cancellation process.
To assist & support the employees going on cancel or vacation for taking their respective settlements before
departure.
As an Administrative Coordinator, my duties are:
To maintain the staff schedules of the services generated on daily basis. Rendering internal coordination
during staff absents.
Coordination with employees & clients through call & mail on the changes in services if any.
To maintain the Payroll system of all the employees in the organization & to arrange for their leave &
cancellation settlements.
Identifying and acquiring high-value new clients for the company.
Administer employee files and records in order to ensure complete accuracy records of all employee
payments and benefits.
