• Provide technical and application information support about tools and testing instruments to customers.
• To visit industries with new products and demonstration of different testing equipment with the goal of showing customers how the products work.
• Demonstration of products in different exhibition.
• Discuss with end-users regarding any difficulties of products and check with the suppliers regarding those difficulties for the development of products.
• To check the condition of different testing instrument time to time and sent to supplier for correction if there is any deviation from standard value.
• To collect the detail proposal with CAD drawing from different suppliers according to customer’s specification.
• Figure out the differences between all proposals and lacking of each proposal (along with the engineer from customer’s side)
• To collect the final commercial proposal from supplier and finalize the commercial proposal with customer.
• To check the consignment according to shipping documents after shipment is made with the presence of customer’s personnel.
• To arrange the schedule with supplier for installation and commissioning, co-operate supplier’s team at the time of installation and commissioning works and co-operate customer if they need any clarification from the supplier’s team at the time of installation and commissioning.
