• Responsible for the day-to-day coordination and efficient operation of the projects.
• Prepare detailed project plan and responsible for coming up with a solution to any problems that arise.
• Oversee Assigned projects from start to finish, monitoring and reporting on the progress throughout the process.

• Develop the project management approach including training needed for the project team, reporting, structure of the project, frequency of interaction between managers and resources, the number and frequency of team meetings, and the need for and the extent of involvement of external project stakeholders.
• Consults and reviews with management project proposals to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing the project, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of the projects.
• Monitoring schedule and identifying and resolving challenges during the early stages of the project
• Ensuring all documents and materials are maintained throughout a project
