Responsible for resolving and closing out NCRs/SORs raised by the consultant, client, or main contractor, and implementing corrective actions with the project team to prevent future occurrences.
Participate in weekly meetings with the client and consultant to address ongoing quality concerns and work towards their resolution.
Organize and conduct weekly on-site training sessions for site engineers, supervisors, and foremen aimed at enhancing the quality of MEP installations.
Compile weekly quality reports and present them during internal meetings with higher management, highlighting project quality issues for discussion.
Participate in the testing and commissioning of MEP systems, conducting internal tests in collaboration with third-party entities, suppliers, and subcontractors to verify compliance with specifications and approved method statements.
Developing testing and commissioning plans and method statements, ensuring approval from all relevant parties before initiating any system commissioning procedures.
Verify that all records and approvals pertaining to testing and commissioning are documented and retained for final handover and future reference purposes.
Take the lead in developing and securing approval for the Operations and Maintenance (O&M) manual pertaining to the executed MEP systems.
Responsible for managing the snagging and de-snagging processes during the final project closure phase.
Facilitate the resolution of outstanding quality issues during project closeout.
Prepare comprehensive documentation for final project handover, including as-built records and warranties to get the TOC form client.
Manage QA/QC for MEP services independently.
