• Prepared VB Automation for the Dash board Template for the Monthly Spent on the Purchasing vs. Inventory to reduce the Warehouse Storage Cost and implemented the Successful Ramp up plan for everyday with 0% line Stoppage.
• Implemented the Purchasing Modules across AP Region for the QAD Enterprise Application Successfully transformed the data from SAP, WIPS (Main Frame) to QAD.
• Worked as a Key Member of the Global Team in Consolidating the Sourcing plans, Strategy, First Prototype for the Critical Programs and Capacity Study with the Suppliers.
• As a Part of transition Key member, involved in the Project Management and Documentation Designing for the new Projects. The Template passed the ISO Documentation Credits and implemented the same for the various ongoing projects.
