Key Responsibilities:
• Contributing positively towards the economy and efficiency of aircraft operations by improving the payload, reducing excessive fuel reserve, positioning/ repositioning the aircraft and saving flying hours while continually maintaining their safety and regularity.
• Monitoring the position of customer aircraft through a systematic set of procedures, disseminating flight information to plan and execute pre-flight administrative work such as flight scheduling and passenger ground transportation management.
• Performing preliminary checks of all airline vehicles and equipment to certify operational performance meets specified standards; outlining punch items/ issues that warrant immediate action and thus circumvent potential bottle-necks.
• Maintaining precise and accurate set of records of all flight data (arrival, departure or cancellations) regularly updating the same in the automated databases and generating reports thereof for strategic analysis and interpretation by senior management.
• Generating precise weight/ load calculations for the aircraft - ascertaining load requirements determining load availability and striking an optimal balance that maximizes payload of the aircraft thereby advancing profitability.
• Actively involved in day-to-day activities such as directing pilots to the runway, alerting for additional air traffic, issuing instructions for takeoff/ landing in lieu of maintaining flight schedule and operations with priority of safety.
• Training and mentoring a team of result-oriented professionals to deliver services on time with efficiency while enforcing highest standards of work ethics and safety regulations at all times.
Key Responsibilities
• Moderated air transport terminal cargo and ramp activities such as marshalling the aircraft, loading/unloading and sorting baggage and pushing back the aircraft efficiently with minimum downtime.
• Prepared loading plans for each departing flight; ensured all equipment required for air cargo/ baggage loading, unloading and handling activities as well as for ramp service activities are available and in functional condition.
• Performed marshalling activities i.e. providing assistance for parking of arriving aircraft in compliance to all safety as well as airline and airport’s standard operating procedures.
• Worked in tandem with flight crew, ground staff, and airlines to maintain flight schedule, ensure safety, comfort and reliable travel as well as improve customer satisfaction by adding value to job accomplishments.
• Assisted customers with special needs (wheel-chair/ handicap/ children/ senior citizen) for security check-in and boarding procedures in a professional and courteous manner; provided excellent customer service in accordance with quality policies to gain customer satisfaction.
• Coached new-joiners/ team members on techniques and procedures to load, unload and marshal/ service commercial airliners in addition to all applicable safety, security and other protocols prescribed by airlines and Airports Authority of India.
Key Responsibilities:
• Aided passengers in ticketing, furnished flight details accepted and tagged baggage and printed boarding passes as they checked-in; evaluated documents submitted for any fraud while maintained passenger integrity and certified that all airline protocols are followed.
• Provided effective flight service and dispatch operations by creating cost effective and safe plans to make sure that aircrafts reach their destinations in the least amount of time with a maximum payload.
• Oversaw ramp management operations including ground servicing of aircrafts (narrow & wide) summarized key information into pre-flight reports and highlighted any issue/ problem that warranted immediate solution.
• Carefully planned the load and handled customer baggage/ luggage, airfreight; moderated material lifting/ loading, unloading, sorting and transferring as per standard operating procedures.
• Worked in close coordination with support functions such as cabin crew, ramp officers and other ground staff to achieve flight arrival/ departure schedules and embed efficient, safe secure and high quality of operations.

• Coordinated and supervised every aspects of travel arrangement encompassing ticket reservations (domestic/ international), visa processing, passport handling, hotel booking as well as foreign exchange accurately and smoothly.
• Involved in developing tour packages/offers for a number of destinations, contacted and negotiated with hotels, travel partners (air/rail/road/sea) and agents to acquire competitive pricing and simultaneously presented quotations to clients for review.
• Worked closely with suppliers/ agencies/ business partners to confirm booking and processing of travel logistics. Maintained a comprehensive database of travel partners (hotels, other travel agencies, ticketing agents, etc.) and routinely updated the same.
• Effectively resolved any issues/ discrepancies faced by clients, travel partners and agents. Met and exceeded travel sales and revenue targets and agreed SLA’s while provided exceptional and cost effective customer service.
