• Facilitate science experiments.
• Assign group projects to encourage team work, extension of knowledge in a learning area and the use of technology in class presentations.
• Set up lesson materials, bulletin board displays and assembly presentations.
• Create a classroom environment in which children learn respect for themselves and others by practicing our class values.
• Observe and evaluate students' academic performance, behavior, social development and physical health.
• Communicate with parents to support students' learning and healthy development in school and at home.
• Work with other teachers to ensure that academic goals are being met.
• Organize and supervise annual class trips.
• Coach Intermediate Netball.
• Manage the grade 5 Entrepreneurs week.

    Obesity in children is a serious concern and I play my part in combating it by offering a Fitness Club at school.
  • Sibebe Rock Charity Hike- Swaziland
    I complete this hike every two years. It is hosted by the Rotary Club- Mbabane. The proceeds go to children's charities in Swaziland.
