-Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay.
-Determine manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand.
-Prepare Cost break down for the Production Plan.
-Assign workers and other staff to particular production operations.
-Monitor& Control Budget prepared for each product.
-Coordinate production workflow for one or multiple products.
-Schedule shift according to production needs.
-Obtain output information (number of finished products, percentage of defectives etc.).
-Prepare and submit status and performance reports.
Preparing master (Baseline) & detailed construction schedule.
Studying Project Contract To get it's requirements of Manpower(Direct&Indirect), Equipment to make a forecast Budget for the whole of the project.
Prepare Monthly Cost Report to Compare between cumulative cash out and cash in.
Involved in the invoicing process.
Prepare(Daily, weekly and monthly)report for work activities, manpower and Equipment .
Estimate Progress work Progress along Project duration with The Site T.O.
Monitoring work Progress .
-i was certified as Brakes system team member who participated in Formula Student Combustion in
August 2015 at the Hockenheim ring.
- Also I took part in designing, manufacturing and selecting parts of Suspension system( front and rear
Hubs&spindles, Wheel rims).
