Residential (sale and lease): the majority of clients are foreigners and Arabs who work for embassies, international organizations and hotels due to the popularity of Zamalek - territory we operate on. Zamalek is an island in the Nile which comprises of an upscale garden area. Besides the incoming business, we regularly contact targeted clients, make presentations about our company, schedule showings and follow up until the deal closing.
Commercial (sale and lease): the majority of clients are banks, embassies and international organizations. Zamalek is known as a diplomatic district and a fine location for various representative offices. As almost everything is within the walking distance there is a growing demand for properties from the owners of cafes, bakeries, pharmacies.
Projects: we are selling the units of one of the biggest North Coast projects in Egypt - SWANI. In charge of marketing campaigns, strategy, advertising, training, negotiations, follow up with Sales team, supervision of feedback and deals closing. We do corporate sales with major companies and arrange tours for people who are willing to visit the project. We participate in significant exhibitions in Egypt and abroad.
