Achieving all legal affairs in Egypt and Abroad, including GOAs & GEAs, drafting the company’s contracts (in Arabic and English), issuing legal advices, establishing company's branches in the Arab region (Egypt, Sudan, Algeria and Morocco) and complying Admin. issues of the Company.

(As french speaker required by Chad branch, and as no legal position was existed in Chad projects, we were hired at N’Djaména branch as "Executive Secretary" with the duties of following up both admin. and legal issues)
