• Bridging the gap between the business needs and the technology solutions required.
• Gather and document requirements.
• Analyze business processes.
• Managing the delivery of technology solutions to the business.
• Communicating project progress and updates to stakeholders and managing their expectations.
• Managing relationships with third parties (ARB - ARG - Neoleap - etc..), ensuring that their solutions meet business requirements.
Preparing the department plan (quarter plan, annual plan)
• Monitoring the BA team
• Evaluating the team members
• Making member's action plan (if needed)
• Present department development plan to the CTO
• Improving the department Documents (Meeting minutes - BRD - SRS - Change request - Technical decision)
• Communicating and agreeing on costumer problem then introducing the solution throw “Business requirement document”.
• Ensures close collaboration with the development team.
• Gathers, manages, and prioritizes the product backlog.
• Works closely with engineering and quality assurance to ensure the right customer problem is solved.
• Has technical product knowledge or specific domain expertise.
• Tracks progress towards the release of a product.
• Prioritizes defect or bug resolution.
• Define customer needs and the associated features to meet those needs.
Analyze and evaluate information and business process requirements to translate user requirements into functional ones through “Software Requirements Specification” document.
Provide support and assistance to the development team clarifying functional requirements.
Participate in user acceptance and oversee all system development life cycle activities to reach successful customer delivery.
Communicating and agreeing on requirements then controlling change with relevant stakeholders.
Planning, Eliciting and monitoring requirements.
Working as part of Agile team.
Edit received figures/photos using Illustrator, Photoshop and Chemdraw according to Hindawi’s in-house style
Redraw the figures which are not editable using illustrator and Chemdraw to apply Hindawi’s in-house style
Produce and revise the final layout for each figure (Figtest) to put all figures in one file
Compare between electronic version of the figures and the figures in the manuscript to ensure that both are identical
Apply the corrections of Graphics Quality Assurance, Copy editing and/or Finalization teams in order to finalize the manuscript
