- Pioneer of newly established Clinical Engineering Manager position
- Managing a team of 6-8 Clinical Service Engineers and 4 Technicians,
- Creating, reviewing, and updating Instrument Master Records (IMR), Instrument Packing Lists (IPL) and Acceptance Criteria (AC)
- Interviewing, hiring, training and evaluating new and current Clinical Service Engineers and Technicians
- Managing the refurbishing process and diagnostics of clinical laboratory instrumentation including QC
- Performing and managing Field Installations, Preventive Maintenance and Field Service
- Conducting various Trainings: Service and Operation, on-site and off-site
- Installing and handling all Reagent Parameters, Calibrators and Controls and running QC for instruments validation
- Advising and engaging Sales to provide customers with instruments based on their needs
- Insuring that incoming claims are properly handled
- Conducting Customer Support in alignment with the Customer Support Department
- Incoming Quality Assurance inspection: Scoring and accepting or rejecting incoming used instruments
- Reviewing Technical & materials documentation: Operating and Service Manuals, TSBs, recalls…
- Assessing, recommending, planning and implementing structural reform in Processes, administration, personnel or systems
- Ensuring accurate and timely completion of assigned job functions, projects and scheduled tasks
- Accepting or rejecting Instrument Adjustment Requisitions and Temporary Deviation Authorization on used or refurbished instruments and deciding which instruments are parted out
- Signing-Off QA documentation upon completion of Instruments testing as well as Pre-Shipping
- Conducting testing and diagnostics of refurbished instruments
