Working in Sykes is a great challenge. I work in Sony account handling the SGR hive contracts and product registration and that was new to me cause i deal 99% through email with customers not through phone calls unless its an emergency. I learnt a lot of new writing skills specially that i deal in 5 different languages and support the customers too. Handled CIC customers as first line technical support making sure that customer satisfaction was up to required level.
Working in Teleperformance in AT&T account as customer service billing department. I learnt a lot dealing with different cultures and types. Dealing with frustrated customers and knowing how to handle them was one of the most important thing i learnt and was a great challenge and doing that well made me handle escalations coming from other agents and support to them and being able to fulfill my numbers at the same time too.
