Responsibilities:
• Manage the team to deliver dot net web applications
• Planning and scoping the project.
• Study of the basic requirements, arrange meeting with the user for detailed analysis.
• Database and system design .
• Assign tasks to team members and follow-up execution.
• Perform regular reviews to ensure project progress is according to plan.
• Ensure that the deliverables meet the planned user requirements.
• Review the implementation and follow-up the hand over of custom system developed by a contractor software house.
• Review the implementation of both functional and data security .
• Conduct review against the internal development standards.
• Review common interface areas ( ex: interface with hr system )
• Review the environment setup of the application.
• Propose solutions to help achieve compliance in areas having problems.
• Evaluate and propose changes to the existing development standards and develop the appropriate documentation.
• Evaluate compliance to the approved standards.

Role:
Participating in J2ee system development (HR system - e-recruitment clinic).
Using the following technologies
(BC4J - XML - Struts - Servlets - JSPs - Oracle workflow - ANT deployment)

Responsibilities:
• Development and maintenance of the framework libraries used in J2ee applications.
• Monitoring performance and analyze logs to solve any performance problem.
• Evaluation, Implementation and monitoring of logical access security for our Java framework.
• Manage versions, prepare releases and request transfer to production after QA approval.
• Receiving incoming User or implementer complaints, check the case, identify the problem source, then solve the problem or report the cause to project manager.

Responsibilities:
• Involved in the development and maintenance process using oracle and java technologies.
• Deployment of all Legacy Oracle Forms application on Oracle application server to run as web application
• Integration between GHQ and Department of Finance of Abu Dhabi for the payroll system and the finance system (Oracle Interconnect used in the finance integration).

My responsibilities:
1. Customer On-Site support, maintenance of BSH hr system and participating in new development on outsourcing basis.
2. System Enhancement and adding functionality to current applications/framework.
3. Client support and bug fixing.
4. Implementing the application for new customers according to their own business rules.

Example tasks
1. HR-system maintenance (Designer, Developer).
2. System prototyping for new project.
3. Enhancements on our java web processor (JDEV).
4. Using Forms APIs (C language) to dynamically generate forms from definition stored in DB.

I was teaching professional courses including OCP oracle track, also I lead students in final graduation project.
