Handling the procurement of Residential & Commercial and infrastructure projects - Abu Dhabi / Dubai.
• Work closely with the Project Engineer/technical teams to develop the optimum project solution with least risk
• Review and acknowledge RFQ documentation, distribute to relevant departments and hold internal review meetings
• Set up and maintain a project folder (electronic and hard copy) utilizing standard contents list from receipt to execution.
• Set up and issues a tender and contract documents (electronic and hard copy) as FIDIC 1999 Clauses.
• Compile and manage all pre and post tender Client clarifications in relation to the tender submission with the assistance of the projects Manager.
• Prepare for and chair all required internal meetings in accordance with the procurement and commercial process.
• Handling Residential & Commercial and infrastructure projects - at western Regional area

• Prepare for and chair all required internal meetings in accordance with the tendering process
• Compile and manage all pricing documentation and any other associated documentation required in line with the tendering process
• Liaise with other departments to ensure all documentation required is contained within the tender submission
• Highlight any major commercial, contractual or financial risks or opportunities relating to the tender submission within the Risk & Opportunity Register and work with the relevant personnel to ensure an optimum solution is submitted
• Collate, review, distribute and manage subcontract ITT's and negotiate the best commercial value with lowest risk for inclusion in the tender submission including interfacing with other departments to develop scopes

• Sulman pay Residential building (G+4) AT K.S.A - Jeddah No. 1172 Contract Value (4.2B R.S) (on progress).

• Residential Tower at Riyadh (K.S.A) For TROBICAN REAL STAE - Contract value S.R 312, 450, 000 (On progress).
• International city Package-11 Twenty Four Numbers of Commercial/Residential Buildings. The Project Cost is AED, 229 million including the Provisional sums. The Client is Al Nakheel and the Consultant is ACE. .(Project Completed)
• International City Package-08 comprising of 29 Commercial/Residential Buildings. The Project cost is AED, 243 million dhs, including the Provisional Items (Dhs, 52 million) which is under the client scope of works. The consultant is ACE and the client is Nakheel. .(Project Completed)

The Project Cost was L.E 330 million Egyptian Pound (Approx Dhs, 200 million) including the Landscaping, Fences, MEP and External Works. The Client was Ginza and the Consultant was ECG (engineering consultant group).

• Micro soft office building at smart village Cairo Egypt with the cost of L.E 72 million (Approx Dhs, 50 million) the client was communications ministry and the consultant was E.C.G (Engineering consultant group).
