2. Ensure that partners understand and accept the company guidelines and requirements for all warehouses operations.

1. Supervise daily operations for
a) Commercial warehouse.
b) Fixed assets (office equipment).
c) Corporate warehouse.
d) MISP stock.
e) Packaging for commercial products.
2. Manage our partner’s agreement and negotiation for prices; besides reviewing their performance to meet organizational goals.
3. Follow up weekly distribution to more than 68 branches all over Egypt.
4. Discuss the annual budget and optimize operations to save cost.
5. Motivate staff to achieve department objectives.
6. Set, preview and evaluate performance of warehouse staff.
7. Maintain the best customer experience to keep the customers internal and external relay on our service

: Enhance Inventory System Functionality Through Custom Reporting.
