Perform current state analysis document prior to engaging in any new project. Develop business process maps and data flow diagrams to carefully analyze the current state of the business.

Prepare the business requirements documents (BRD) and functional requirements document (FSD) with the associated stakeholders. Attain sign off for the BRD and FSD once all requirements were checked and confirmed.

Develop project schedule plan, assign resources accordingly. Prepare UAT test plans and test cases.

Handled CMS enhancements and modifications through multiple meetings with all concerned parties prior to launching the project to develop a final thorough document that encompasses all the project details along with system(s) and financial feasibility.

Handled the implementation of new debit, credit and prepaid cards on our systems. This involved parametrization, testing, certification (if necessary) and live deployment.

Developed CMS project roadmaps with deadlines and target goals to ensure the projects are on the right track and that relevant targets were adhered to. Progress follow up was managed through constant communication with relevant stakeholders (VISA & Mastercard, system vendors, IT department, operations department, risk department, upper managers and end users).

Handled and resolved issues on our different CMS systems; (Prime/Online/Fraudguard/Open2). This involved debit, credit and prepaid cards. Since our organization's credit cards production is in-house, I was also assigned to provide support for the embossing process and to handle the certification procedure with VISA and Mastercard for each product embossed on the application.

Engaged with VISA & Mastercard for issue handling & resolution of any required mandatory certification. Compliance mandates and regulations are communicated by the payment industries and then discussed internally to assess their impact on our current systems. Requirements are developed and exchanged with our IT department and system vendors for implementation prior to their strict deadlines.

Handled & implemented PCI compliance project for the retail department. Project required extensive AS-IS / TO-BE process mapping, data flow diagrams, and the development of an implementation framework that eventually paved the way for PCI compliance.

Generated reports and PL/SQL extracts for all retail affiliated sections and 3rd party entities.

Constantly involved in improving user experience and enhancing operational workflow to better serve ourselves and consequently our customers.

Developed and maintained process manuals and P&P documents and trained and supervised new employees in three different languages.
