- Receiving all data of the project, analyze it and manage a team consists of 3 persons to create shop drawings and submit it for approval from clients or consultants.
- Supervising my team to release the approved shop drawings to production by creating full detailed drawings, cutting lists, BOM and Routing.
- Reviewing all released drawings and documents before releasing to production.
- Attending technical meetings with consultant or client if needed.

- Receiving all data of the product which needed to be manufactured and assign it to the labors and following up the production process on shop floor and on SAP system.
- Managing more than 55 labors inside the factory (panel and solid milling, veneering, upholstery, painting and metal workshops).
- Checking the technical details and modifying it to be applicable for production if needed.
- Creating production plans to be compatible and matching with the required deadlines.

 Receiving all data about the project, analyze these data and draw submittal drawings to be approved from client or consultant.
 Making cutting list and bill of material (Allocation).
 Working with an Italian designer for the showroom products who makes a new designs and I am doing the workshop drawings, cutting lists and following up with the production.

 Rose wood resort in Al Riyadh: the main task was to draw shop drawings and make cutting list and allocation for some items.
 J&P and AMCO projects: Making shop drawings for doors.
 BULGU INSAAT project: Making shop drawings, cutting lists and allocation.
 Private villas: Making shop drawings and cutting lists for furniture designed by the Italian designer for many customers (Showroom work).

 Receiving all data about the project, analyze these data and draw submittal drawings to be approved from client or consultant.
 Making a survey for quantities and measurements in site then making workshop drawings for all products and follow up with the production department to follow the approved drawings.
 Supervising installation in site by some visits and co-ordinate between site and factory.
 Making new designs which are shown at the showroom or in public exhibitions such as (Furnix/Cairo & Equip Hotel/Paris) and also design booth.

 Responsible for making workshop drawings as per sales team requests.
 Designing new furniture designs and sharing in exhibitions both ideas.
 Going with the sales team to the consultant as a technical engineer if it is necessary.
 Receiving the exported products and supervise installation of them.

 Responsible for developing furniture designs and creating new office furniture designs.
 Studying tenders, calculating products material coast and supervising production of samples for tender.
