Key Responsibilities: * Vehicle paint through: * Spraying the car frame by different
types of material which let the car ready for painting
* Spraying the frame by zinc to give the car frame the specific coating to be
ready for sheeting stages
* Finishing the frame of the car
* Preparation of car frame through
(polishing, spraying by sand (150),
scotch bright to give metal plate of the smooth surface)
* Solving hole problems that appear in the fibre through adding putty in the
places that need it
* Levelling fillers until they are normal
* Sanding fillers by sanding 360 and by
sanding 400 later on to remove anything of eye seeing sanding
* Cleaning fillers of water so as not to leave any water in the fillers
* Painting the part which is on the
appearance, spraying by fast fillers and sanding by 1200 by water
