1. Examining quality of the produced medical gas and documenting all activities of the quality control department and then submit it to production manager.
2. Maintaining all equipments of the quality control department and in the need of any equipment, informing production manager in a written form.
3. Examining the qualitative value of producing gases continuously.
4. Taking safety initiatives according to work pattern in order to avoid any accident and maintaining all the essential parts properly.
5. Routine control tests of chemicals.
6. Raw materials check as per schedule.
7. List of test: (apparatus : GC, FTIR, Chemiluminescence, Hygrometer etc)

Schedule II-Routine control tests-chemicals used in production.
1. Process Control (DCS) and maintenance: Responsible to make sure the smooth operation of Chlor-Alkali Plant through semi-automated control system.
2. Trouble shooting: Responsible to solve the problem if any abnormal situation creates in the running process.
3. Making Production Schedule & Production Follow-up:
Also responsible for Product quality control & machine maintenance, Supervising the process operation to meet the production demand, Maintaining the daily data sheets process parameters, Generate plant progress report for management to make production & development plans, Recommending corrective actions to deal with abnormalities.
4. TEST: NTU (Turbidity Unit), free chlorine by Orsett Apparatus, Caustic concentration,
Brine gpl, Acidity, Alkalinity etc.
5. Lead the team: Need to lead a team with 25 members including operators and workers to make sure the smooth plant operation according to the Standard Operating Procedure.
Responsible for checking raw materials to products delivery. To ensure the thickness, GSM, size of poly ester, metalized poly ester, poly amide, metalized poly amide, cast poly propylene, metalized poly propylene, pearl film, paper poly ethylene and chemical test of color, ethyle accetate, adhisive, hardner etc.Ensurance of printing registation, color, lamination of layers, reel section and pouch section as well. All over, to control from manufacturing to reel or pouch as per client specification and infom to GMO
