Commercial and Operations:

- Ensuring TP360 is on track to achieve its financial targets through monitoring P&L and improvement of KPIs
- Managing a team of 22 ppl from Commercial, Operations, Marketing, and Service Center to achieve a growth of +30% YoY through increasing the procurement and sales of high ARPU watches (avg. AED 50K) and the implementation of Sales programs including Bundling, Trade-In, partnership campaigns, and Campaign Offers

Marketing:

- Directed the Marketing department (Social Media, Digital Marketing) to enhance online content and optimize paid ads which led to an increase of +308% stories & +54% post interactions on IG, +65% website clicks, and improved Ad Strength campaigns from average/poor to excellent
- Developed partnerships with luxury hotels (ex. Burj Al Arab, Al Qasr), Jewelers (ex. Cara), Swiss watch makers (ex. Daniel Wellington, Lum-tec), and bespoke tailors (ex. Kachins) to target new affluent customers
- Utilizing the Online Customer Database and Relationship Management via HubSpot to engage 20K clients through marketing activities such as booking links, automated emails (ex. reminders, recalls, abandoned shopping cart reminders), Trust Pilot review reminders, enhancing CTA on all platforms, and sending email marketing campaigns
- Created multiple online live auction events (ex. The Collectables) with a 360-marketing campaign and collectible watches that gained 300 new members and contributed to 12m in sales

Technology:

- Worked with the Development team to eradicate web issues that decreased lag time by 8s, eliminated app down time, and rolled out an updated app version with access for 3rd party sellers
- Driving the digital transformation strategy using NetSuite and MS Productivity Suite by creating a ticketing system that automates and organizes interdepartmental workflows in TP360 (Marketing, IT, Development, Finance, Admin); resulting in the reduction of repetitive tasks and transforming into an automated & paperless environment
