• Operations and process Engineering practical experience on Oil, Gas and LPG plants, Molecular Sieve and TEG Dehydration units, Hydrocarbons dew point control units with JT Valve and Turbo Expander Re-Compressors, Cryogenic gas processing, and refrigeration units, fractionation gas compression units, LPG, NGL, Condensate, crude oil and gas metering units
• Attendance the HAZOP study for new projects.
• Reviewing the installation of new equipments with the facility taking the safety consideration into account.
• Review of Block Flow diagrams (PFD), and process flow diagram (PFD) and process and instrumentation diagrams (P& ID).
• Review process equipment specifications
• Reviewing the operating profile of the used equipment (such as HP separator, LP separator, Dehydration unit, Hydrocarbons dew point control units with JT Valve and Turbo Expander Re-Compressors ….etc) within the gas treatment facility.
• Preparing the production daily of difference plants (oil, gas and LPG plants).
• Preparing a procedure of plant startup and shutdown.
• Activate application of work permit system and supervise / risk asses work implemented at process area.
• Preparing the annual production budget.
• Commissioning& startup of Gas, Oil and LPG projects.
• Commissioning &startup of gas injection project.
• Preparing a study for any modification.
• Development of Process Simulation models using Hysys for process parameters and equipment optimization.
• Operate DCS control console to coordinate and regulate process variables and to direct flow rates of various process and utility streams according to prescribed schedules.
• Set controls to adjust process variables, such as flows, temperatures and pressures.
• Read processing schedules, operating logs, test results of samples, and laboratory for recommendations to determine changes in equipment controls required to produce specified quantity and quality of product
• Responsible for recording, compiling, reporting and documenting operating data, and monitoring process indicators.
• Coordinate the start up, shut down (normal & emergency) and normal operations with lead operator and field operators.
• Perform basic calculations for determining process parameters and material balances.
• Responsible for preparation such as plant isolation etc., for day to day maintenance work.
• Follow up, monitoring and technical supporting for all production facilities
• Preparing of different researches, studies and implementation of annual production plane
• Signing of all PTWs
• Technical assessment to field operators and stuff
• Monitoring for all materials used in production facilities (Glycol- methanol- filters- etc..)
