Responsibilities:
• Tender Preparation
• Analyze User Service Purchase Request: Identify all requirements, consider alternatives, and propose solutions.
• Develop Tender Dossier: Prepare the contract, commercial aspects, and compile the
complete document package.
• Prepare Bid Approval Documents: Create relevant documents for your contract strategy and bid approval process.
• Review & Finalize Tender Documentation: Review work/service scopes, finalize all tender documents, including preparation and review.
• Maintain Confidentiality: Ensure all documents are free of product or supplier names.
• Provide Tendering & Contractual Support: Offer professional advice and assistance to
assigned Sponsoring Departments throughout the tendering and contractual process, from
project initiation to contract closure.
• Collaboration & Issue Resolution: Collaborate with internal departments to resolve any issues that may arise.
• Compliance & Legal Support
• Manage all activities to ensure full compliance with the company's code of ethics and legal requirements.
• Oversee work practices to maintain compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards.
• Tender Announcement
• Prepare the complete tender dossier for publication on the Corporation's website.
• Receive bids from potential bidders.
• Address any clarification requests from bidders.
• Tender Evaluation
• Ensure the evaluation of tenders and execution of contract documents adhere to approved policies.
• Conduct critical analysis, make corrections, and participate in creating rankings, contract
strategies, and the bid evaluation plan.
• Participate in evaluating tenders, preparing tender clarifications, and compiling evaluation
reports for Tender Committees.
• Participate in committees evaluating technical and financial offers, identifying compliant and the most competitive (best value) options.
