1- organize vacation periods as fits the needs of the business.
2- To participate, support & influence when requested during store commercial meeting
3- ensure that each and every customer is served and satisfied according to the company standard.
4- Building a broad customer base and ensuring that they are maintained and continuous interaction with them in a timely manner
5- To attend to each customer transaction with 100% accuracy by using company systems e.g. PDT processes and documentation
6- To Coordinate with the area manager on store targets and potential and actively work towards their achievement
7- provide support, guidance and feedback on purchases based on product knowledge•
8-To train employees, especially beginners, in order to advance the company's future potential
9- Reports fast & slow movers’ products in order to increase sale
10 -Daily email coordination between store level & the concerned departments
11-To constantly work towards the next stages of promotion by ensuring the best practice is utilized at all times through the working day
