NPK-granulation plant
Ferchem Masr Fertilizers and Chemical Company.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
" Supervision of daily maintenance plants equipments.
" Supervise implementation of preventive maintenance schedules.
" Monitor and follow up of daily production quantities.
" Establishing reward and recognition system.
" Provide technical training courses based on employees needs.
" Monitoring and controlling of product & raw-material logistics.
" Sustain appropriate quantity of equipments spare parts in ware house.
" Monthly check of operation of plant operation cost.
" Plan and implement process/utility-related activities aimed at maximizing plant capacity, efficiency and safety.
" Responsible for the daily monitoring all the jobs done in the units including the operating conditions, maintenance work.

Project Manager for NPK-Granulation Plant
Engineering, procurement & construction of Granule single super phosphate & three kinds of NPK`s plant with capacity 700 TPD in Sadat city.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
"Preparation of the project scope of work for different contractors.
"Preparation of project time schedule.
"Preparation of project budget.
"Monitoring and controlling of scope, schedule & budget.
"Supervision of the whole project bids preparation.
"Review of technical and commercial offers for the whole project bids.
"Supervision of the plant installation commissioning and start-up.
"Supervision of different equipments testing at manufacturing.
"Reviewing of all engineering deliverables.
" Coordination with government authorities such as electrical company, Egyptian environmental affair agency & Gas Company.
"Establishment of document control system.
"Supervision for setting quality management system.
"Review of technical documents from different disciplines: electrical, process, instrumentation ...etc.
" Participate in project meetings and prepare minutes of meeting.
"Coordination with vendors for budget quotations for several equipments.
"Monitor the engineering disciplines progress and expedite on the issuance of registered deliverables as per the project milestones.
"Provide direction and management for every phase of a project to ensure on-schedule completion within or below budget and in accordance with contractual obligations.
"Plan, direct, supervise, and control the execution of all business, technical, fiscal, and administrative functions of the assigned program, project, or sub-task.
"Responsible for Project indices such as project progress, quality
Submit service quality analysis report of Project delivery periodically and take necessary measures to improve the service quality Establish and manage the organization structure of project delivery team, including preparing requirements of management and maintenance.

Turnkey project for Sulphuric Acid Plant in addition to generating electricity through steam generated from the process by steam turbines.
Project was performed by HQCEC Company (China) acting as EPC contractor

Tasks and Responsibilities:
" Review of the design of electrical deliverables during the design phase
" Participate in the commissioning and start up of the plant
" Supervision of installation and testing of low and medium voltage electrical motors
" Supervision of installation and testing of low and medium Voltage transformers, Switchgear, cables, fire fighting system, UPS, soft starters&etc.
" Document Control for electrical deliverables.
" Installation and Testing of hot air furnace and steam boilers.
" Installation and testing of 15 MW steam turbine.
" Installation of DCS and SCADA system (Yokogawa and Siemens)
" Installation and testing of several instrument devices such as (resistance temperature detector, pressure transmitters, solenoids, current transducers&etc.)
" Installation of water treatment facility for usage in the process of generating sulphuric acid
" Installation and erection of air blower with medium voltage motor 2.8 megawatt.

Granulation plant 500 TPD (Granule single super phosphate).

Tasks and responsibilities:
" Complete overhaul of low voltage electrical motors.
" Maintenance of Low Voltage transformers and Switch gears.
" Routine check around and tests for the lighting systems and temperature of electrical motors.
" Overhaul of hot air furnace and steam boilers.
" Operating and maintenance of SCADA system (GEFANUC 90-30)
" Maintenance and operation of several instrument devices such as (resistance temperature detector, pressure transmitters, solenoids, current transducers&etc.)
" Operation and Maintenance of De-dusting system (bag filters).
