- Co-ordination with different suppliers regarding all technical data and assuring full compliance to the specifications.
- Preparing complete technical files.
- Technical submittals for project scope.
- Preparing all necessary engineering, technical documentation, BOQ’s and drawings for the project as an example: -
- Equipment arrangement and layouts.
- Cable & Cable trays routing.
- Bus Duct routing.
- Installation Guide for the equipment.
- Cable book.
- Maintenance & Operation Manuel.
- Short Circuit & Relay setting.
Manage the Engineering team of the project.
30 Technical engineers including team in France and expats from Brazil and the local team.
The scope of the Project was complete delivery and engineering of 8 E-Houses including LV, MV, Transformers, UPS, Cable/cable trays, HVAC, F&G, internal lighting, lightning.
Review and Validate all suppliers submittals, prepare all required engineering documents.
1- Manage the team to manage projects and achieve company’s KPI’s and securing client satisfaction.
2- Manage the team to reach required profitability and financial results.
3- Team coaching and leading.
4- Manage with the team the portfolio of projects

Manage the daily activity of the mini enclosure design team.
Defining the manufacturing process for the mini enclosure to ensure better performance.
This was an additional responsibility with Project Management role
1.prepare and propose to customers an appropriate offer to match their requirements and optimize potential equipment supply and margins.
2.Follows up on proposals and negotiates with customers, in coordination with the Sales team, to secure sales in line with budgeted targets.
3.Ensures the quality of contracts execution from the technical, commercial, administrative, financial and judicial viewpoints to fulfill all contract obligations to ensure customer satisfaction and company profitability.
4.Directs the project and motivates the colleagues involved in its various stages / related activities to ascertain that customer receives proper and timely results.
5.Prepares and presents to his supervisor project- related reports including job master plan, updated realization schedules and monthly reports on a continuous basis to monitor the project progress and final job profitability.
Coordinates with Schneider international Sales Force on projects that deals with foreign customers located abroad.
