Managed scheduling to ensure progress is made and targets are
met for “Street Children Project”
* Designed objectives, action plan and budget for
entrepreneurship project titled ‫ح‬ "‫لمك‬‫بأيد‬"
* Coordinated grant to support and improve the infrastructure of
10 NGOs inside Cairo, Giza and Alexandria
* Ensured systematic and effective implementation and
monitoring of the entrepreneurship project through including
field visits to NGOs and oversight of corrective measures
* Facilitated positive working relations with all project
stakeholders, including government authorities and agencies
and international organization.
* Monitored progress according to project action plan and
generated solutions in response to changes in external
environment
