e) Prepare the department's monthly and annual budget.
f) Prepare and monitor the implementation of HSE Plans for project execution and present results on a quarterly basis.
g) Participation in the development of market offers concerning the QHSE part.
h) Work with the Algerian authorities on HSE issues (environmental delegate certificate issued by the Algerian Ministry of the Environment).
i) Participate in the investigation of incidents, the analysis of non-compliance, failures and development of action plans to prevent recurrence.
