analysis to determine the gaps and provide potential business improvement for the current flow as well as
coaching and mentoring the sales teams across Microsoft’s Small, Medium and Corporate business

• Designing a product that was being prototyped with a market study that showed a market potential of $50M
• Coached Egypt’s new Sales teams
Responsibilities were to cover all business elements for the region of Egypt and entire French Speaking Africa
region including North Africa, duties encompassed client management, partner management, pricing and quote
management and deal closure, partner financial management with finance and product logistics management
• Having closed across the region over 250+ deals across the region
• Growing the Moroccan Market by 600% over 4 years
• Growing the Egyptian Market by 500% over 4 years
• Expanding into new untouched markets ( Senegal, Cameroun and Ivory Coast)
• Closed deals for some of the largest accounts in the region (Egypt Air, Egypt’s Ministry of Interior, Water and
Electricity Company in Morocco, Electricity Company in Cameroun, Mining Company in Morocco, Carrefour
Egypt and Morocco, Danone and more)
• Expanding the Distribution business across Egypt and Morocco, increasing the market share from 35% to
50% in Morocco and from 40% to 55% in Egypt
• Nominated for President’s Club in 2014
• Came up with a beta product testing model which was studied for Global implementation
Responsible for building the SMB business models across Middle East and Africa and establishing the first
distribution model for Middle East and Africa
