Job Responsibilities:
•Technical Office Manager leading team of technical engineers to carry out all technical activities in the project.
•Focal point for technical decisions and coordination with consultant and client.
•Review and initiate shop drawings and change proposals.
•Assigning work packages for technical engineers in line with project time schedules and priorities.
•Initiate and review for project method statements.
•Hold design accountable for delivery in accordance with contract obligations.
•Lead quantity survey engineers and issue client and subcontractors invoices.
•Monitor and score against KPIs.
•Review correspondence from supervision consultants and client and draft responses. `
•Liaise with Design Consultant for the new waste water treatment plant and attend the coordination meetings.
•Follow up material submissions and approvals.
•Initiate Variation Orders and keep record with supporting documents for contracts department.

Job Responsibilities:
• Manage Design Consultancy Contracts.
• Hold Design Consultants accountable for delivery in accordance with contract obligations.
• Review and approve Design Consultant’s proposed resources prior to appointment and approve any subsequent changes
• Review and approve Design Consultant payment applications in liaison with Design Review Team.
• Review Design Change Requests, agree with Design Consultant and submit for client approval.
• Conduct bi-monthly review of Design Consultant’s performance and score against KPIs.
• Review all correspondence from Design Consultants and draft responses.

DEVELOPMENT OF ROADS IN BANI HAJER-ZONE 51 (RA08/09C-067G) PROJECT VALUE 820 MILLIONS QR (ASHGHAL).
DOHA - QATAR.

Job Responsibilities:
 Have professional study and deep understanding for all the project components and contract to carry out the required design review with the highest standards and provide engineering support to all design issues related to the project.
 Manage and coordinate all technical activities including scheduling, invoicing, variation orders, changes, and material and shop drawings approvals.
 Lead and manage team of technical office engineers to undertake all engineering activities for all infrastructure works (Surface water drainage network, Surface Water Storage Tank, Foul Sewer network and house connections, Microtunnel work for more than 14.5Km with diameters from 1600mm to 300mm, potable water network and valve chambers, Electrical cables works and substations, Telecommunication network, Street Lighting, Road works, asphalt, road marking traffic signs and traffic signals, etc……) including survey, geotechnical soil investigation, design review, drafting, technical support, scheduling and project coordination.
• Manage the design support team in the coordination and quality of all engineering design issues for all phases of work in the design process.
• Follow up performance of Design Consultants in design processes for parts of the project requiring out sourcing design.
• Ensuring that Health, Safety, Environment and Security requirements are properly considered and included in all stages of the design process.
 Development and distribution of engineering work packages on technical office engineers, assist them to indentify the list of required shop drawings and ensure meeting of key timing commitments and ensure consistency and quality of all engineering work as well.
 Provide comprehensive shop drawings and precise details for all utilities and have these shop drawings approved from the consultant/client and to insure that all departments ( QS, QA/QC, procurement, operation team ) have the full approved information and drawings at the right time as per the project time schedule
 Review and comment all shop drawings before submission to ensure it has been done as per contract drawings and specifications.
 Initiate corrective actions to rectify problems.
 Develop preventative measures to prevent recurrence of problems
 Technical coordinator between operation, consultant and client.
 Follow up all outstanding design issues and give the optimum solutions taking into consideration the project specifications and standards.
 Initiate and maintain supporting documents for variation orders and site instructions.
 Initiate and maintain contractual submittals and approvals for both design, shop drawings and as built records.
 Conduct technical coordination meetings between the client’s representative and consultant including preparation of formal written responses and letters.

Project:
RAS ABU-FONTAS WATER TRANSMISSION PIPELINE RAF-A1 (GTC222/2008) PROJECT VALUE 440 MILLIONS QR (KAHRAMAA).
DOHA - QATAR.

Job responsibilities:
 Responsible for all design studies and review of all design drawings.
 Lead a team of technical office engineers to undertake preparing shop drawings for 44 km 1600mm & 1200mm DI pipeline.
 Preparing shop drawings for structural and mechanical details for valve chambers (Isolation valves, Air valves, Washouts, Throttling valves and Fiber Optic).
 Material approvals from the client (KAHRAMAA)
 Revise tender documents and specifications.
 Prepare Variation Orders for project changes.
 Technical coordinator between operations, consultant and client.
 Ensure that the construction requirements are conveyed to the engineering teams and that the engineering deliverables satisfy the construction requirements.
 Initiate and maintain supporting documents for variation orders and site instructions.
 Focal point for Technical discussions and coordination meetings with client.

Project:
NAJRAN CITY MAIN FOUL SEWER NETWORK CONTRACT NO.1

Job responsibilities:
 Project manager for Najran city Foul Sewer network for main and secondary sewer pipelines including house connections, manholes and inspection chambers.
 Planning and organizing the operational project activities.
 Managing and scheduling work activities with construction team and monitoring weekly schedule, rather than look ahead schedules for different activities, employees, equipments, etc. respecting master project plan and target dates.
 Coordination and overall quality control of the work to ensure projects were completed to standards, on time and within budget constraints.
 Arranging the requisitions for materials and tools, and following up materials supply, securing material storage at site in proper conditions.
 Effective utilization of human resources and equipment in at site to maintain budget oversight.
 Implementing safety regulations, providing incentives to employees and eliminated lost-time accidents.
 Coordinating with technical office for all different activities in
accordance to schedules.
 Coordinating with contract administrator for any variations.

Project:
MAIN SEWERAGE PUMPING STATION AND FORCEMAIN LINE
FROM OLD S.T.P TO NEW S.T.P IN KHAMIS MUSHAYT CITY

Job responsibilities:
 Project manager and also responsible for design review for the Force Main 800mm dia. Ductile Iron pipeline from the old to the new sewerage treatment plant.
 Supervising the preparation of required shop drawings for force main pipeline and pumping station.
 Execution of all Air Release Valve chambers, Washout chambers, Substation & construction of Main pumping Station.
 Making the coordination between Civil and Electromechanical works.
 Leading construction team, manage project resources and emphasizes on overall quality of work to ensure project is completed to standards, on time and within budget

THE NEW COMMAND BUILDINGS OF MILITARY BORDER GUARD FORCES IN ASEER REJON.

Job responsibilities:
 Project manager for construction of 16 buildings (Command bldg., Stores bldg., Security bldg., Mosque bldg., Club bldg., Prison bldg., Restaurant bldg., Workshop bldg., Communication bldg., Clinic bldg., Engineering bldg., ...etc.)
 Leading construction team to carry out all Utility works (water supply and sewerage networks, power supply and fiber optic telecom network).
 Follow up earth work, landscaping and roads works.
 Follow up all the subcontractors.
 Approving materials from consultant.
 Making the reports and the monthly certificates.

BISHA CITY SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT AND MAIN PUMPING STATION

Job responsibilities:
 Construction Manager for constructing the new Sewage
 Treatment Plant which includes Inlet Structure, Aeration Lagoons, Final settlement tanks, Return Activated Sludge Pump Station, Sludge Thickener Tank, Chlorination Bldg, Chlorine Contact Tank, Substation Blg., Drying Beds, …..
 Follow up the Time Schedules and submitting reports.
 Making the coordination between Civil and Electromechanical works.

KHAMIS MUSHAYT CITY SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT.

Job responsibilities:
 Study and make all shop drawings for the different structures and approve it from consultant (Inlet Structure, Carrousels, Clarifiers, Return Activated Sludge PUMP ST, Works Pump St., Distribution Chambers, Main Substation, ...).
 Responsible for the execution of many structures at site such as Inlet Structure, Carrousels, Clarifiers.
 Study and design Pipelines Profiles.
 Responsible for execution of Piping work at site for all types of pipes (GRP, Ductile, V.C, UPVC, concrete pipes)
 Concrete repair and Injection works.
 Quantity Surveying and preparation of As Built Drawings.

Project :
EXTENSION OF ABHA CITY SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT.

Job responsibilities:
 Study & make shop drawings for different structures & approve it from consultant (Aeration Lagoons, Final Settlement Tanks, R.A.S Pump Station, Screw Pump Station, Blower Building, Distribution Chambers, Chlorine Contact Tank, Filter House, Backwash Tank, ).
 Responsible for the execution of many structures at site such as Final Settlement Tanks, Tertiary Treatment Works, Blower Building and Sludge Press House.
 Study and Make Pipelines Profiles.
 Responsible for the execution of Piping work in site (GRP., Ductile, V.C, UPVC, ….).
 Quantity Surveying and preparation monthly payment certificates.
 Preparation of As Built Drawings.
