• Responsible for optimizing the balance of inventory across the target customer service levels
• Acts as the lead interface to manufacturing sites to resolve supply issues relating to the production
• Coordinates and expedites the flow of work and materials within or between departments according to daily and weekly production schedules
• Create production scheduling regarding availability of production lines and approval of downtime at manufacturing sites
• Issue purchase orders on SAP and follow up on the approval cycle according to the schedule of authority
• Create delivery schedules to secure planned safety stocks and have one week ahead of production requirements
• Create new items on SAP after reviewing the MRP views
• Compare daily materials’ opening stocks versus weekly requirements with respect to Production plan
• Identify and manage potential inventory obsolescence to minimize write-offs (finished goods and raw materials)

• Meet the flavor Annual Operating Plan( production plans)
• Ensure safe working conditions for the employees & equipment
• Ensure compliance with safety, food safety & AIB standards
• Ensure PepsiCo product quality standards are maintained
• Ensure applying CRP, safety & food safety standards on the line
• Control the operating supplies usage
• Coordinate with maintenance team to minimize the down time utilization
• Conducting all technical trainings for employees
• Conducting internal inspection &audits in CRP&AIB & BRC as I am certified as internal auditor.
• Drive department KPIs on a daily & monthly (productivity, efficiency, attainment…etc.)
• Issue daily production report & monthly report for all flavor production performances
• Coaching and leading production team to achieve targets.
• Support in sensory analysis of F.F & R.M
• Create new productivity projects related to the flavor field
• Support with technical feedback in new flavors profiles or modification of a current one
• Has the ability to fix errors in flavor batches before packaging
• Support & maintain R.M improvement
• SAP Implementation and following the stage and backflush transactions
• Responsible for flavor warehouse which includes RM warehouse and Holding area for finish flavors
• Support the MRP team in the daily plan to minimize the change over time
• Coordinate with the Global Procurement team in RM technical selection and concessions
• Create new Flavors items on SAP after reviewing the MRP views
